Aged 53, graduated from Chongqing Architecture and Engineering University. Mr. Wei is Senior Architect. He joined Hong Kong Huayi Design Consultants (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in 1998, and was appointed as planning & design officer and vice general manager. In 2013, he was appointed as general Manager of Design Management Department of China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. and was appointed as planning & design officer of China Overseas Property Group Co. Ltd. (Northern China) in August 2014 concurrently. Mr. Wei was appointed as deputy planning & design officer of the Company in March 2016 and was appointed as chief planning & design officer of the Company in April 2019. He has 31 years’ experience in architectural design and corporate management.

Aged 41, graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology. Mr. Zhang joined a subsidiary of China Overseas in 2001. In November 2010, he was appointed as Assistant General Manager and Deputy Manager of China Overseas Grand Oceans Property Co., Ltd (Hohhot). In December 2013, he was appointed as General Manager of China Overseas Grand Oceans Property Co., Ltd (Lanzhou). Mr. Zhang was appointed as Assistant President of the Company in October 2017. He has 20 years’experience in corporate management.

Aged 48, graduated from Zhengzhou University. Mr. Peng joined a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation in 1994 and a subsidiary of China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. in 2002. Since 2009, he served in different positions, such as, the assistant general manager and the deputy general manager of China Overseas Xingye (Xi’an) Limited*, the standing vice general manager and the general manager of China Overseas Grand Oceans Property (Yangzhou) Co. Ltd*. In October 2017, he was concurrently served as general manager of China Overseas Grand Oceans Property (Yancheng) Co. Ltd*. Mr. Peng was appointed as Assistant President of the Company in September 2020. He has 27 years’experience in corporate management in the property development industry.
